More than just an artistic expression, it serves as a channel for spiritual and social communication, weaving a link between the tangible world and the spiritual universe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"295\" data-end=\"646\"><strong data-start=\"295\" data-end=\"646\">This dance is performed during the \u201couting of the initiates,\u201d a crucial annual event that concludes a seven-month initiation in the sacred forest. Members are believed to possess great powers of seduction, the ability to become invisible, knowledge of medicinal plants, and extrasensory abilities that allow them to perceive the \u201cinvisible world.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"915\"><strong data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"915\">For over three years, the Th\u00e9\u00e2tre des Arts Vivants has maintained close ties with the Panther Men of the Zoukougbeu district.
