As part of our commitment to developing cultural skills across Africa, we were invited by the French Embassy in the Central African Republic and the Alliance Française of Bangui to deliver an intensive training course in cultural project management, specifically designed for managers of Central African cultural institutions.
This program enabled participants to acquire a rigorous methodology to design, plan, finance, and implement cultural projects with a strong social impact. Combining theoretical input and practical exercises, the training covered all the key stages of a cultural project: analysis of territorial issues, development of an action strategy, budget planning, communication plan, and mobilization of collective intelligence.
The program relied on collaborative facilitation tools, tailored to the realities of the Central African context. Particular attention was paid to modeling cooperation dynamics, fostering local initiatives, and integrating intangible heritage into meaningful, sustainable, and inclusive projects.
